✨ Cancellation & Late Policy ✨

Life happens — we completely understand.
In the spirit of kindness and fairness to all clients, the following policies help us keep things running smoothly:

Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting for care.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee. This amount must be paid before booking your next session.

No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered a “no-show,” and the full session fee will apply.
I deeply appreciate your understanding and communication.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to honor the time of the next scheduled client.
While I’ll always do my best to give you the fullest experience possible, the full session fee still applies.
Please plan a little extra time for parking and arriving so you can settle in peacefully.
